Silicone rubber production

Silicone rubber compounds are produced in the Gorlago, Tomaszòw Mazowiecki (Poland) and Çayırova (Turkey) plants,
which have an installed production capacity of 19,300 Ton/year.
All necessary machinery and technologies available for silicone blending are used in compounds production.

The valuable experience gained over the years has contributed to better select the most suitable and productive machinery and processes to produce any kind of silicone compounds: transparent to coloured, low to high density, peroxide to platinum sales, both for moulding and extrusion.

The separated production plants permit a steady and continuous supplying even in case of a temporary arrest of one of them, and their geographical location assure a regular quality to the compounds produced for those international customers operating with outsourcing manufacturing.
